I covered the Pre-Golden Age character Mammy Two Shoes, as well as the "firsts" Pete Jones (The Hardy Boys, 1969-71), Valerie Brown (Josie and the Pussycats, 1970-72), and The Harlem Globetrotters (1970-71).
